Do you get condensation on your windows? 

Is there any mould appearing on the seals? 

Does the sealant contain any gaps and/or cracks?

Do you have draughts coming from around your windows? 

If the answer is 'yes' to any of these questions, it is time to replace your window and door gaskets!
